Hi. This is Faith. Begging. Yep, it’s me, down on my knees with my hands folded beneath my chin. I am looking up into your eyes, pleading for you to have mercy. Not only on me, but all the authors out there. We need reviews.

If you didn’t know, reviews are so very important to those of us who depend on Amazon for our livelihood. Once you reach that glorious 50 review threshold, Amazon deems you worthy of their help. It doesn’t matter if they are all 5 stars or not.  As a reader, I do my best to leave a review for every single book I read, unless it was crap. If I like a book well enough to give it 3 stars or more, I take one to two minutes out of my time to leave a short, heartfelt review. That’s all it takes.
That’s all I have. Just a please and a thank you. From the bottom of my heart, and from the hearts of authors everywhere. Thank you.

When I first started writing Cade’s story, it was only because so many readers wanted to know what happened to him after Deliver Me. At that point, he had not been talking to me. It wasn’t until I decided to offer him the chance to redeem himself that he began to speak. But even louder than Cade was Mal, the sexy Cowboy who wins his heart.

Their story is finished and is available for pre-order on Amazon for $2.99. This offer is good for one week an then it will be regularly priced at $3.99.  Then again, I will be at the beach next week and might forget. Either way, you get an awesome book for a great price. The book releases on April 30.

While you wait patiently on the next book to be released, I wanted to remind you of all that is the Stone Society. Here are recaps of the first 6 books as well as the link to purchase them…

Do you like a little action and adventure with your romance?  Are you looking for something different? Check out this new species of shapeshifters. The Stone Society is full of action, love, laughs, and some hot sex along the way
RAFAEL, Book 1, introduces you to a new world and a new species of shifters.
Rafael Stone is the King of the Gargoyles. Kaya Kane is the New Atlanta Chief of Police. When Rafael is being framed for a multiple homicide, it brings them face to face. Rafael has spent over 500 years waiting on his mate. The fates have determined the blonde Chief is who he’s meant to be with. Will Rafael overlook the fact that Kaya is human? Can Kaya get past the damning evidence? This book has a lot of introductory information and characters…

GREGOR, Book 2, continues the story…
Gregor Stone is a full-blood Gargoyle and the Warden at the New Atlanta Penitentiary. He spends his days running the prison and his nights looking for Unholy. With the recent discovery that Gargoyles can mate with humans, there is new hope for his kind. Gregor has found his mate, but there’s one problem: she hates him. Tessa Blackmore is Trouble with a capital T and has been since she was a baby. Tessa is a half-blood. The half-bloods have hidden themselves from the Gargoyles for centuries. Tessa is running from her past and the madman hell bent on catching her. As he and his army close in, Tessa is forced to turn to the one man she has tried to avoid for years: her mate.

DANTE, Book 3 is an adventure full of passion, secrets, and action

When one enemy is taken out, another rises up. One who is hell bent on destroying The Stone Society.

Dante Di Pietro is the New Atlanta Medical Examiner. Over 500 years old, Dante has resigned to living his life alone until he finds his mate, the pretty doctor he is working closely with at the prison. She is well aware of the fact that Dante is a Gargoyle. She herself is a half-blood who comes from the Original line of shifters. Isabelle is not only guarding her heart, but a secret from her past that may take care of any feelings Dante has for her.

FREY, Book 4 is about pain and betrayal, love and redemption
Frey Hartley is the biggest and baddest Gargoyle in the Stone Society. He’s a soldier, helicopter pilot, boxer, martial artist, and owner of Lion Hart Dojo and Gym. For almost six hundred years, Frey has spent his life protecting humans while secretly praying for a family. Some of his Clan are finding their mates, but the fates aren’t making it easy on any of them. Frey finds his mate in Abbi Quinn. She’s a former ballet dancer, teacher, sister, and abused wife. When Frey meets the beautiful yet subdued Abbi, the pull between them is undeniable. He vows to find the smile hidden beneath her pain, to give her back her dreams, to see her dance. He will do whatever it takes to rescue her from the hands of her husband, even if it means putting his own dreams on hold.
Nikolas, Book 5 in The Stone Society is a mixture of action, adventure, a crazy camel, comedy, and of course, hot sex.
Nikolas Stone might not have the most exciting job in the Stone Society, but it is one of the most important. As archivist, he is the keeper of all things Gargoyle. When Nik uncovers the truth about Gargoyles being able to mate with humans, he not only saves his species, he also stumbles upon his own mate, Sophia Brooks. The only problem is the cute librarian has flown off to Egypt to locate her missing parents. Nik travels to Egypt to first find Sophia and help her locate her parents.
Jasper, Book 6 turns the corner with the story of Jasper and Trevor. You’ve seen their story unfold in the last four books. Now, the past catches up to the future and Jasper must face his evil ex while doing everything he can to keep not only his clan, but his human mate safe.

A New Month and a New Book

Let me start off by saying the Super Bowl commercials sucked. Ok, the one with Christopher Walken and the beige socks was good. He’s good. The Mtn Dew one with the Puppy Monkey Baby was just weird. WEIRD.

Enough about that. Happy February. It’s my 2nd favorite month of the year. One, because it’s the month I was born in and let me tell ya, I am really glad I was born. I could have been cut loose from the womb early, if you know what I mean, but my maternal grandparents insisted I was put up for adoption. So this year, I’m celebrating the big 5-0 and I am delighted. Two, this will be the 2nd year in a row that I’ve released a book on my birthday as a present to myself.

Jasper, Book 6 in The Stone Society, will be live and I cannot wait for everyone to read this story. It has adventure, suspense, but mostly love. Of all the books I’ve written so far, it’s my favorite. Frey is still my favorite Gargoyle and always will be, but Jasper and Trevor’s story is one that melted my heart. Not just the two of them together, but separately, their stories are heartbreaking.

I’ve started on the follow up to Deliver Me. Cade’s story is tentatively titled Release Me, and it’s going along really well. I hope to have it ready for release in April.

Sixx and some of the Stone Society are headed to the West Coast, so the next story there is Sixx and Desirae’s, plus Sin might just sneak his story in line as number 7.

I hope the New Year is treating you well and you are filling your Kindles and Nooks with all kinds of good books.

Happy New Year!  I hope you all enjoyed a nice relaxing evening (or partied like a rock star) last night. I stayed home and reflected on 2015. It was the best year of my life, and I thank you all for being part of it. I’m starting 2016 off with a cover reveal and giveaway.
Jasper, Book 6 in the Stone Society series will be released on February 10 (that just happens to be my birthday). I cannot wait until you all get this story in your hands. Jasper and Trevor are one of my favorite couples. Ever. Below is the blurb that tells about the story, along with the link to the rafflecopter giveaway. Below that are the pre-order links. Jasper will be $1.99 for one week. After that, it will be at the normal price of $3.99.
Thank you again for being a part of my journey.
JASPER
Jasper Jenkins was a solitary Gargoyle, feeling like he didn’t truly belong to a clan, until he moved to New Atlanta and joined the Stone Society. Now that he’s finally settling in, his past has reared its evil Gargoyle head and is targeting those around him, including the quirky M.E.’s assistant who happens to be his mate.
Trevor McKenzie’s life is no stranger to heartache and loneliness. His insecurities began when he found out he was cloned just in case his brother needed spare parts. As danger closes in, his boss confides in him that the “badass club” of gorgeous men he is surrounded by is really a Clan of Gargoyles. When he finds out he’s the chosen mate of the man he considers his best friend, the most gorgeous of the badasses, his insecurities multiply. Trevor must decide if he can trust the love being offered him is real and not just a product of the mate bond.
Reaching back to his warrior roots, Jasper will stop at nothing to protect his mate as well as his Clan.
Warning: This book contains a relationship between a very male Gargoyle and a very male human.

Happy Holidays

Faith Gibson Uncategorized 2 Comments

I’m not trying to be “politically correct” when I say Happy Holidays. I have friends and family from several faiths. Christmas, Hanukkah, Yule… all are important to me because they are important to the people in my life. Freedom of religion, freedom from persecution because of sexual preference, freedom to be who you are without ridicule for any reason should be a way of life for everyone, not a select few.

(Off my soap box now)… The Christmas holiday has snuck up on me this year. I’m never really ready for it, but this year it took the postal worker telling me Christmas is next week for me to realize how late in the year it is. Sheesh. I’ve had my head in the books, writing, writing, writing. I don’t see a problem with getting immersed in the alternate world I write about until reality slips away!  This particular book, Jasper, Book 6 in the Stone Society, is very special to me. Jasper and Trevor tugged at my heartstrings from the beginning. I’ve let their story linger in the background as long as I could, wanting to keep them all to myself.

Now, I’m closing in on “the end” and ready to share them with you. They will be coming to an e-reader on February 10th… Stay tuned for the cover reveal early in January.

Until, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!!
